Austin Rodemaker

Austin is a former active duty Air Force captain and remains in the service as a reservist. Born and raised in Dillsburg, PA, Austin went to college at the US Air Force Academy and graduated in 2016 with a BS in Political Science. He married his wife, Sarah, and they moved to Vandenberg AFB, CA where he attended nuclear operations training. They then moved to FE Warren AFB here in Cheyenne, where they fell in love with the community and culture of Wyoming. Austin founded the Lacrosse Club in Cheyenne in 2018 and served as the director for three years. He remains heavily involved with coaching lacrosse to this day. Austin received his MS in International Relations from Troy University in 2019. Austin was recognized in 2022 as a Wyoming Business Report’s 30 under 40 honoree.

Executive Director

Marisa Beahm

Marisa is a highly motivated, results-oriented leader and administrator with experience in financial controls, personnel supervision, project-management, and human resource operations. Her career has been in working with Wyoming non-profit medical insurance companies and in Medicaid insurance claims processing to ensure that affordable health insurance is an option to all Wyoming citizens. She recognizes the importance of personal and business civic responsibilities. Marisa is a fifth generation Wyomingite and volunteers with a goal to help those underserved in her community. Marisa and her husband of 21 years have one son, who currently attends the University of Wyoming. Marisa, her husband, and her son follow the fundamental belief that all human life has value and that every person deserves peace, good health, happiness, and prosperity. Marisa holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.

President

Corinne (Corey) Rutledge

Corey is a member/shareholder of Lathrop & Rutledge. Recently retired, Corey concentrated her law practice at Lathrop & Rutledge in the areas of professional liability defense, principally, medical malpractice defense and defense of cases involving products liability, catastrophic personal injury claims, commercial and employment disputes, as well as insurance and bad faith litigation. Corey completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo and then law school at the University of Wyoming. Corey has served on several non-profit boards and is currently serving on the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Foundation Board, as well as the Board and Executive Committee for the Cougar Fund. She has been active in professional organizations and has served as the President of the Laramie County Bar Association and President of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming. She has been state chairman for the Defense Research Institute, and currently is a member of the International Association of Insurance and Defense Counsel. Corey and her husband, Kent Rutledge, together have three daughters (one is an MBA working in reinsurance, one is a lawyer, and one is a doctor).

Diane Bendinskis

Diane is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Pinnacle Bank where she provides full-service consumer lending.  She enjoys working with the public and helping clients to meet their financial needs & goals.  A strong believer in the American dream, it is her hope for all to attain home ownership and financial stability.  Deeply concerned with the growing rates of homelessness, she strongly supports USI’s mission and approach in preventing homelessness by providing a ‘home’ environment with support and structure. Fourth generation Wyomingite raised in Cheyenne, Diane graduated with her Bachelors of Science from the University of Wyoming, Maga Cum Laude.  After college and traveling, Diane returned to Wyoming for its’ traditional values and strong sense of community.  Married with one child (active in sports) and three rescue animals (two adventurous dogs & a loyal cat).  Hobbies include volunteer work, reading, music, and photography.

Beth Lance

Beth Lance is the founding partner of Lance & Hall. Beth’s practice focuses primarily on juvenile law, criminal defense, family, civil litigation, estate planning and appeals. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in both the private and public sectors. Beth previously worked as an associate attorney at Woodhouse Roden Nethercott, LLC, and as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming. Beth’s work history has provided her with extensive experience in the courtroom at both trial and appellate court levels. Her work at the Attorney General’s Office provided her with wide-ranging experience in appellate law, both civil and criminal. She also gained administrative law experience by representing several state agencies and boards, Including the Department of Family Services. Beth’s work at the Public Defender’s Office provided her with extensive litigation experience where she averaged 25 court appearances per week on behalf of her clients. She also gained significant experience in the representation of juveniles accused of crimes. Beth presently works as a contract attorney for the Guardian and Litem division at the State of Wyoming where she represents juveniles in abuse/neglect, CHINS and delinquency cases. She frequently fields calls from other attorneys in how to handle juvenile justice matters and has presented multiple continuing legal education courses in the representation on juveniles. Beth holds a Juris Doctorate in Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
